Welcome Back, SVUSD Families!

As we prepare for a great school year, we ask that every family complete the Universal Benefit Application by visiting:

Completing this application helps determine your student's eligibility for valuable programs and services, including:

  • Free or reduced bus passes
  • Boys & Girls Club programs
  • EBT benefits, including Summer EBT (SUN Bucks)
  • Other available assistance programs
Even if you believe your family may not qualify based on income, we strongly encourage you to submit the application. Every completed form helps Sonoma Valley Unified School District qualify for additional state and federal funding that supports all students.

Please note:
  • MacArthur Charter School families: Please do not complete this application. You will receive separate instructions and the appropriate form from your school.
  • Sonoma Valley Middle School families: Please select Altimira Middle School when completing the application. We are currently updating the system to reflect the school's new name.
If you prefer to complete the application in person, our staff will be available to assist you at the Transportation Yard located at 18751 Railroad Avenue beginning August 3.

  • Monday–Friday
  • 7:00–11:00 a.m.
  • 1:00–3:30 p.m.
  • Closed August 14
Finally, please remember that all SVUSD students receive free breakfast and lunch every school day, regardless of household income. Completing the Universal Benefit Application helps ensure students and schools receive additional resources beyond school meals.
