Important Update: SVUSD Attendance Boundaries
Effective for the 2026–27 school year, Sonoma Valley Unified School District has implemented an updated School Attendance Boundary Map, which was formally approved by the Board of Trustees on October 9, 2025.
A key change in this updated map involves Flowery Elementary School, which will transition into a district-wide School of Choice and will no longer have a dedicated neighborhood attendance zone. Families from any neighborhood across the district who are interested in enrolling their children in Flowery’s specialized Dual Immersion program can easily apply through the Intra-District Transfer (IDT) process. IDT application windows open annually, and families will receive official enrollment notifications by late March or early April.
